The pool is definitely a Summer thing, and sometimes the community park, playground and recretion areas are too. How about a 'Community Lounge'? Somewhere comfy to meet, an area for the kids to play and young people to hang out, for groups to come together? Good wifi access to work on your laptop with your coffee and cake from the cafe's in town? Excellent baby changing facilities? A couple of computers if yours is broken? Pre loved books and a fire place?
